Adult pair. Hen big EmeraldBlue Opaline Cleartail, bred successfully last season. Cock paired to an adult hen as a 1 year old last season, successfully raised 5 chicks from fostered eggs.
Cock's parents both carried emerald genes indicating that he could be EmeraldEmerald. The fact that his yellow pigmentation is much stronger than that of the hen supports the Emerald Emerald guess.
Chicks would be a mix of Cleartail and Opaline Cleartail EmeraldEmerald and EmeraldBlue males and females. If the cock is not EmeraldEmerald then there would be an occasional Blue Cleartail or Blue Opaline Cleartail chick.
