Gorgeous Aruensis fledgings from pure Aruensis eclectus parents from the island of Aru in the Moluku province of Indonesia. Original parents were bred by Les Banks who was then well renowned for beautiful and productive aviary stock birds.
First pic is of the parents. nd pic shows the fledglings with Dad at the back and Mum in the foreground.

Eating fruit, vegetables and soaked seed with almonds and pellets for additives.

The Father of this male and female won the Wollongong Show (Parrot section) in 2022.
